Where do orders ship from?
Our merchandise is printed and fulfilled by Fourthwall's manufacturing partners, primarily in the United States. This means all orders including those shipped to Canada are fulfilled from the US.
Duties & customs
Because orders ship from the US, some Canadian and international orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees.
Depending on your order and shipping route, duties may be handled in one of two ways:
- Collected at checkout. You'll see a Sales tax & duties line before placing your order. If duties are collected at checkout, you won't pay anything additional when your package arrives.
- Collected on delivery. In some cases, your local customs authority or carrier may collect duties before delivery. Any charges are determined by your country's import rules.
We know unexpected fees aren't ideal, so we'll always show duties at checkout whenever they're included.
Shipping times
Each item is made to order. Most orders take 3–5 business days to produce before they ship.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 6–12 business days
- Canada: 2–4 weeks (including customs processing)
- International: 2–4 weeks (depending on destination)
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products you order, and the shipping method selected.
